Coaching:

Level 1:

For the athlete with serious goals who wants the maximum in attention and the ability to have their training continually monitored and reviewed, and receive constant feedback and insight.

Package Includes:

  • Consultation to gather information and determine athlete goals.
  • Fully customized program on a weekly basis
  • Training account with Training Peaks Software
  • Unlimited contact, both coach and athlete initiated
  • Unlimited review of program
  • Unlimited updates of program
  • All calls / emails responded to within 24 hours
  • 1 ride per month with coach, up to 2 hrs, at coach’s location.
  • 20% discount off bike fit

Cost is $250 per month, plus additional $50 one-time start up fee. Two month trial period and minimum six month commitment.

Level 2:

For athletes with serious goals that are able to self coach to a degree and who need slightly less monitoring and feedback

Package Includes:

  • Consultation to gather information and determine athlete goals
  • Fully customized program on a bi-weekly basis
  • Training account with Training Peaks Software
  • Bi-weekly review / updates of program
  • One hour phone time per month, athlete initiated
  • 2 email per week, athlete initiated
  • All calls / emails responded to within 24 hours
  • 20% discount on client rides
  • 10% discount on bike fit

Cost is $175 per month, plus additional $50 one-time start up fee. 3 month commitment

Level 3:

For athletes simply needing the framework to guide them through certain periods of the season, such as early season prep, cyclo-cross, etc.

Package Includes:

  • Consultation to gather information and determine athlete goals.
  • One time periodized plan for up to 3 months
  • Review/update of program at halfway point
  • 30 minutes phone time per month, athlete initiated
  • 2 emails per month, athlete initiated
  • All calls / emails responded to within 24 hours
  • 10% discount on client rides
  • 5% discount on bike fits

Cost is $350 per period, plus additional $50 one-time start up fee.

Consultations:

Cost is $50 per hour.

I am also available for group or one-on-one presentation on a variety of topics such as:

Client Rides:

Ride with me from my location*, open Q and A session.  

Cost is $60 per 1.5 hour ride time. *Additional fees if travel time. Contact for further information.

LT Testing:  

State of the art LT testing to determine exact heart rate and power zones to maximize training.

Cost: $125 

SpinScan: 

Pedal stroke evaluation to determine efficiency and ensure even stroke through entire range of motion

Cost: $75 

Bike Fits:

Bike fits are strongly advised not just for beginning  riders, but for riders of any level.  A proper fit will ensure comfort and enjoyment, as well as maximize your efficiency and performance. 

Cost is $150; $ 75 per additional bike if done at same time.  

Package Deals: 

LT test and SpinScan: $175

Fit and SpinScan: $200

Fit and LT test:: $250

Fit, LT test,SpinScan: $300

*ALL LT tests, fits, and SpinScan at my location only. 

Event Promotion and Direction:

I have been involved in the promotional and technical direction of multiple events over a nine year period, including:

Technical Director, Seaford Race Weekend (2001)

Co-Promoter and Technical Director, Phillipsburg Criterium (2001 through 2007)

Promoter, Technical Director and Course Designer, Phillipsburg Riverfront Cyclocross (2006, 2007)

Race Announcing: 

I have co-announced every edition of the Phillipsburg Criterium alongside Joe Saling. My experience and knowledge of events and competitors can add to any event.

Cost is $150 for full day, plus travel expense. 

Bike Maintenance and Cleaning: 

Most types of repairs, tune-ups, and cleaning done at my location.

Cost is $20 per hour labor rate on repairs and tune-ups, parts extra. (Minimum 30 min charge) 

Cost is $30 for cleaning.
