As we’re around the midway point of the cross season just thought I’d give a brief update and reminder.
The racing so far has been full tilt nearly every weekend. Some clients have been following the UCI calendar and racking up podiums and points in nearly every venue, asserting their places at the top of the ranks. Other clients have been frequenting the regional scene and been consistently battling it out within their respective categories. And finally some of our other ‘newbie’ clients have been putting their skills to the test in as many local events as they can, and truly enjoying their new found passion for cross. All around, it has been a great cross season for clients, and should continue so as we start into the last month of racing.
As a reminder, this coming weekend, Nov 14 and 15, is the next stop of the USGP series, at Mercer County, NJ, and Elliston Coaching supporter Van Dessel will be on hand to lend to the fun. Van Dessel will be set up with a full fleet of demo bikes for anyone to test ride or rent out for the races. Whether you just want to give it a shot, or need a spare bike for the day, $25 will get you a ride on a sweet Sram equipped Gin and Trombones.
